Future Shock applications, tools, and integrations (including Future Shock and Future Shock AI Connector) may access user health and fitness data through Google APIs (such as the Google Health API and Fitbit services) upon your explicit authorization.

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• Purpose Specification: We only access and use Google user data (including sleep stages, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, and activity metrics) to provide user-facing personal health analytics and insights directly to the authorized user.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of an asset transfer with explicit notice.
• No Advertising: We never sell, transfer, or use Google user data for serving advertisements (including personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based ads).
• No AI Model Training: We do not use or transfer Google user data to train generalized machine learning (ML) or artificial intelligence (AI) models.
• Data Retention & Storage: Google user data and OAuth tokens are stored securely with encryption and retained only for the period necessary to deliver requested user analytics.
• Data Deletion & Revocation: Users can request immediate deletion of all stored Google user data at any time by contacting [email protected]. You may also revoke access to the application at any time via your Google Account Security Settings. Upon revocation or deletion request, all associated access tokens and cached metrics are permanently deleted within 30 days.
